Alright I have a plan now

Circus last night was ace, I felt strong, fit and inspired again - maybe I just needed two days rest. I'm still not as strong and fit as the 20 year olds though - they climb the rope a bit faster than me.

Here is the plan:
Wednesday - 45 minute run on the beach with the dog OR treadmill run
Thursday - abs, upper body workout, 1 hr tap
Friday - pilates
Saturday - 6 hour walk
Sunday - 1 hr group training at gym

Food plan (this is meant to be achievable):
No chocolate for the rest of week - even on the walk. I will eat nuts and fruit mix instead (I have a nasty little habit I need to break - developed since I started selling fundraising chocolates for Oxfam).
Limit wine drinking to two nights.
Healthy dinner choice on Friday night when going out for dinner (Vietnamese).
