Agile experiment - Day 2

What I did yesterday:
Worked mostly productively although I did get distracted a lot and kept popping on the internet for a minute when I got stuck. I really don't think this helped.
Ate and exercised as per plan.
Took the measurements and I was right I didn't like the numbers:
Waist 75 cm
L thigh 58cm
R thigh 59 cm
bust 85 cm
hips 95 cm
weight 65.3 kg
body fat 23%

I am nearly 2kg heavier than I was in the first week of December 2008.

What I plan to do today:
Pilates
4 x 200m sprints and 2-3 minute recovery
Eat food brought from home only

Obstacles and how I will manage them:
Will not open a web browser for the rest of the day, except for IE to use work tools.
Drink hot water and eat a piece of fruit if I get jumpy for food.

Hey babe

I like how you think. "no food from home... no opening web browser for non-work stuff..." I need to be tougher on myself too with all of this stuff. I'm not liking my progress (or lack thereof) so far in 2009.

Hey, lets meet for a head-to-head scrum session! Where do you do pilates? Do you do the studio type on the reformer? Or the mat classes? I want to start my pilates again too. Gee I miss Tim in Brisbane already (my pilates instructor/physio).

I just do a gym class pilates at Richmond Fitness First (I have two gym memberships :) ) - it's working! Also do separate abs workouts because I'm doing circus stuff and need to be much stronger than I currently am.

Sunday morning I could meet up - do you know Parkdale kiosk (on the beach)?

Sorry. There's been so much going on in my head lately. I'm so exhausted. Is it too late to meet up today? Would love a little chat? I had a massive (almost) 12 hr sleep last night.

I'm a Fitness First Passport member. Only been once since I've been in Melb (the Bayside one in Highett).
