Weighed and measured yesterday and the low down is:
weight 64.3kg
body fat 29.0% (although on Tuesday at it was 24.5% so go figure)
waist 72cm
and I'm able to wear my happy jeans. Where I am now is where I don't want to go over. This is my maximum. So, to give myself a little room to move, I'm aiming to get to 62kg in the next two weeks.
What I did yesterday:
only pushed out a 50 minute run before my hips caved in. better than nothing and stretched well.
What I plan to do today:
30 minutes easy(ish) cardio - X trainer and walk/jog combo, keeping HR at 145 or so
30 minutes easy(ish) weights - focussing on smaller muscle groups and good technique - my back and shoulders are not well enough to do more than that
Obstacles in my way:
A warm house and master chef on the tv. Plan around it: to come in, grab my gym gear, and go straight to the gym.
